Prescott Brewing Company Beer Dinner

Join us on Tuesday, October 18th for this month’s beer dinner featuring Prescott Brewing Company!

John Nielsen was into craft beer when craft beer was still something of an rarity in this country. The self-professed “chief hose dragger” opened Prescott Brewing Co. on the Ides of March, 1994, fulfilling a mission of sorts, which began in 1974 when he was stationed in the Army in Europe, the craft beer Mecca that inspired more than a few U.S. craft brewers. He’s been studying craft beer ever since.

Since John and his wife, Roxane, founded Prescott Brewing Company 22 years ago, PBC has become a fixture of downtown Prescott , where their signature brewpub features an ever-evolving menu comprised of classic brewpub fare alongside more adventuresome dishes reflecting current culinary trends.

4-Course Beer Dinner menu:

1st Course

Drink: Prescott Ponderosa
Eat: Nono’s Aranchini
A risotto ball, filled with a meaty marinara sauce, and rolled in Italian bread crumbs.

2nd Course

Drink: Strawberry Wheat
Eat: Pork Dumplings
Fried pork dumplings, filled with garlic, ginger, and daikon radish. Served with a side of ponderosa soy dipping sauce.

3rd Course

Drink: Liquid Amber
Eat: Poke Bowl
A raw ahi tuna bowl, served with baby spinach, avocados, pickled watermelon rind, and green onions; tossed with a poke sauce and topped with crushed peanuts.

4th Course

Drink: Javanator
Eat: Javanator Affogato
House made vanilla ice cream, topped with a Javanator reduction and shot of espresso.
