Using only the best—or ‘chronic—grapes from each year’s yield, the Beckett brothers deliver truly intriguing blends. Their chill vibe and adventurous flavor profiles create a totally chronic experience.

Course 1
Pink Pedals Rose

88% Grenache, 12% Syrah

Aromas of fresh watermelon and a hint of Rainer cherries are carried in the wind as you pedal along the path to a delicious bouquet of strawberries, raspberries and hints of mild spice. A rosé that stays true to style and lets you ride along nicely.

Salumi and Cheese Board

paired with dried fruit / olives / nuts

Course 2
Purple Paradise

78% Zinfandel, 9% Petite Sirah, 7% Syrah, 6% Grenache

Lucky boxcars with this Zinfandel-dominated blend, which tumbles out on the tongue with dark cherries, fresh, ripe strawberries, a double-dip of chocolate and vanilla, and the cool grip of moto jacket (aka leather). Paradise awaits.

Root Veg Salad

paired with beets / squash / arugula / burrata / chive oil

Course 3
Sofa King Bueno

52% Syrah, 21% Grenache, 12% Petite Sirah, 8% Tannat, 7% Mourvedre

The life of the party has just arrived and is setting up shop in your mouth. It’s approachable, as all good party guests should be, with lively flavors of blackberries, cherries and strawberries to get things started. And this Paso red blend knows how to mingle, introducing milk chocolate, caramel and leather to all those beautiful fruits. It’s going to be an interesting night.

Course 4
Suite Petite

85% Petite Sirah, 15% Syrah

You know what you’re getting with this sassy lady: lots of Petite Sirah with all its sweet cherry, blackberry, blueberry loveliness. But it’s the lingering tannins and traces of fresh cracked pepper and cigar spice that’ll have you thinking about her long after she’s gone.
